Getting a prescription

We aim to make managing your prescriptions simple and safe. Requests are reviewed by our clinical team to ensure the medication is right for you, which may mean we ask you to book an appointment from time to time. This helps us support your ongoing health and wellbeing.

New prescriptions

If you need medication that hasn’t been prescribed before, you’ll need to book an appointment with our team. This allows us to assess your condition, discuss treatment options, and ensure the medication is appropriate for you.
